Job Title: PHP Web Developer
IntelliSource is a foreign-managed software and web development company located in Shanghai, China. We specialize in B2B and eCommerce web development projects, primarily for international companies operating in China.
IntelliSource is not your typical company. While we do work with large international clients and deliver outstanding projects – we value creativity and personality first and foremost. We are looking for people who have the energy and drive to deliver results, take initiative and have high degree of adaptability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Writing awesome code
-Working with a small team of developers on medium to large scale projects for international clients
-Being involved with all aspects of the software development life cycle: design, architecture, implementation, testing, and delivery
-Taking ownership of your work so that everything is executed with an attention to detail and the highest regard for quality
-Actively hunting for better ways to improve user experience, eCommerce conversions, and overall project quality
SUMMARY OF TECHNOLOGIES TO BE USED (but not limited to):
-At least 3 years experience with PHP, Zend Framework, and MySQL
-In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, back-end and front-end customization, including module development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
-Ability to deploy web solution on Linux and configure Apache and SQL database
-jQuery, Javascript
-At least 2 years of HTML, CSS, and jQuery
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-You love a fast-paced environment
-You thrive on problem-solving and designing rock-solid solutions
-You have excellent written and oral English. Prefer candidates that are bilingual in Chinese/English, but not mandatory
-Bachelor's degree in related discipline
-You are a perfectionist. Attention to detail and quality. Highly result-oriented
-You have a great attitude and love what you do. Douche bags need not apply
