Position: Online Marketing Specialist
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Marketing Director (expat)
Description:
PTL Group, provider of management solutions for international companies developing sales and manufacturing in China, is seeking an online marketing specialist to oversee the Group's English website and blog content, as well as to develop strategies for digital outreach to its China-based and global audience of English-speaking business leaders.
Job responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement online marketing strategy to generate leads
• Manage and update website contents, promotional campaigns, and international social media
• Implement off-site SEO for corporate website and blogs (drive traffic, links building)
• Oversee the creation of online ad banners, landing pages, artworks and media write-ups for ad-hoc projects
• Website traffic analysis, such as understanding click rates, visits, conversion
and traffic sources
• Implement social media monitoring and be in charge of active listening and engagement
• Collaborate with the sales teams and offline marketing and PR efforts
• Identify and establish new online business/partnership opportunities
Requirements:
• Excellent English - in written and verbal form is mandatory!
• Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Marketing (or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience with Social Media, Web Analytics Tools, Search Engine Marketing(SEM), Search Engine Optimization(SEO)
• Experienced in HTML, CSS and Photoshop
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment
• Proactive work ethic; can establish priorities and schedules to meet department goals
• Positive and creative thinking, strong team spirit, flexible with detail-oriented work style
