Researcher (On-site)
The position of a Researcher has the following responsibilities:
● Taking Job Briefs from Senior Consultants for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right individuals to the right career opportunities.
● Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Senior Consultants
● Actively working for the Senior Consultants on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing executives.
● Putting together high-level information packs for executives to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.
● Maintaining pipeline to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
● Updating the records of active executives on our ATS.
● Managing evaluation processes between clients and executives.
● Preparing and scheduling meetings between clients and executives.
The Successful Applicant
● Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese
● Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
