General Practitioner - Psychiatry

Our client is looking to hire a skilled General Practitioner - Psychiatry who will mainly handle their Iraq market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, observations, psychological testing
- Use variety of methods to evaluate a patient
- Establish therapeutic plans and procedures after identifying the nature and severity of cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioural issues
- Maintains interdisciplinary therapy through regular reviews of treatment plans and results as well as consultations and teamwork with primary care Physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals.
- Measure the effectiveness of the plan and make adjustments if needed
- Provide crisis intervention if needed
- Treat patients by utilising psychotherapeutic methods and medications
Job Qualifications:
- MBBS or relevant degree with special interest in Psychiatry
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Working understanding of basic psychiatric concepts and procedures
- Chinese speaking
