Senior (Game) Marketing Planner and promoter (Need Foreigner) –Work in Hangzhou

ES is an online game developer and operator integrating creative planning, art design, technical development, product development, global game promotion and operation and maintenance. Since its establishment in 2008, with a deep understanding and unique insight of game making, and with the mission of "forging the SL of games", it has made unremitting efforts to build game masterpieces and became the first game company listed in the independent IPO of SSE in 2016.
With rich experience in research and development, creative planning and consideration of multi-culture, ES has a team of experienced game developers, and currently owns many games such as "DTK", "Dxxx Tower Defense", "Savage Battle", etc. all of which are liked by players. Among ES’s game products, DTK was successfully shortlisted for the 2022 Asian Games e-sports project.
Job title: (Game) Senior Marketing Planner and promoter
Office: Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province
Responsibilities:
1/ to make the marketing plans for game projects which will develop overseas market, and to follow and implement the plans, the main overseas markets are America and Europe;
2/ can make the marketing plans according to the differences of regions and cultures, have an insight into the users’ attributes and preferences;
3/ to plan and follow online and offline promotion projects, including but not limited to marketing activities, activity planning, TVC, offline advertisement, actors/KOL cooperation, PR, etc.;
4/ to contact with overseas game platforms and supplier resources, can push the realization of marketing ideas, and to summarize and optimize the ideas according to marketing data.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1/ love games, be familiar with overseas market, and have a deep insight into overseas gamers and marketing models,
2/ have senior experience in promotion, material planning and copywriting in game industry.
3/ with strong logical thinking ability, and strong expression ability;
4/ have very good communication and team coordinating skills, have a strong sense of responsibility.
5/ someone from USA or Europe are welcome;
6/ if you have successful project experience, will be a big plus;
7/ can work in Hangzhou city of China for a long time.
