Quality Technician - Smart Watch

• Direct report to Swiss Headquarter
• Leading a team of 4 Quality Inspector
• At least 3 years in a similar position in Quality, and especially in watch, Smart watch or consumer electronic
• Plan control in suppliers factories according to the supply chain needs.
• Become the main contact between chinese inspectors and Swiss QC coordinator
• Control the components or finished products aesthetically and also technically
Respect the priorities and the supply constraints given by the HQ
• Do the technical measures with the defined means and aesthetical controls. Store the results in the dedicated software
• Identify the defects and help to start the analysis : prepare the NC document, join clear pictures if necessary, support the QA team during the analysis and check that correctives actions are
implemented in the factories
• Support the continuous improvement of the quality processes in the
factories.
• Be a link between the HQ and the factories for all the quality related
topics
• Be the support of quality control team and the quality manager's relay
Technical Skills
• ISO Cotation and Technical drawing
• Control tools such as CMM, OMM, dial gauge, comparator, gages
• IT Skills and in particuliar with Quality software such as Quickcontrol
