About us:
Suzhou THGC International Golf Club, includes the 18-hole international tournament course, top class members club, the Golf Academy, prestigious golf villas, service apartments, 5-star hotel, yacht service and other high-end facilities. The Club covers an area of over 1,300,000 sqm and is located at the site of the Jiang Dun Mountain facing the water.
As one of the few top class golf clubs in the East of China, Suzhou THGC International Golf Club has gradually become an distinguished club with many honors and great achievements including awards for Top 10 New Golf Courses in China, Landmark Golf Course in Jiangsu in 2007, Top 10 Golf Clubs in China, and Top 10 Outstanding Golf Resorts in China in 2010-2011. We are the appointed venue for China All Star, the training base of the Chinese National Team, and we have hosted the Euro-Asia Women's Open for 4 consecutive years.

Now, we’re looking for a foreign Operation Executive Manager, to work with us in Suzhou.

Job Position:(Foreign) Operation Executive Manager

1.1 Basic requirements:
1.1.1 proficient in English and Chinese
1.1.2 good at communication
1.1.3 basic understanding of golf etiquette.
1.1.4 we need a foreigner in China now, and can work with us in Suzhou.

1.2 Purpose: Make sure the guests hit the ball smoothly, the batting process is in accordance with the golf etiquette, and check and confirm the preparation of the course, supervise the service quality of caddie and deal with the unexpected situation of the course.
1.3 Principles
1.3.1 Patrol staff must ensure the smooth stroke of the court.
1.3.2 Strictly enforce the company's golf etiquette.
1.4 Implementation of patrol rules
1.4.1 Prepare the day booking form, walkie-talkie, patrol check form, patrol cart.
1.4.2 The first morning shift of the day to check the preparation of the court (teeing area sign, bunker condition, flagpole, shops on the course, etc). If abnormal situation is found, notify the responsible person of relevant department.
1.4.3 Understand the starting and playing condition and feedback to the starting station.
1.4.4 Assist guests and caddies to keep their shots smooth.
1.4.5 Communicate with guests to deal with slow play.
1.5.6 Emergency handling.
1.4.7 Inspection and supervision of caddie service, always maintain service quality.
1.4.8 Confirm the guest transfer, return to the scene, timely feedback to the starting station.
1.4.9 Record the name of the slow playing golfers and the caddies who is not in standard service.
1.4.10 Urge the caddie to clean up the clubs of golfers.
