The company is a leading retained Executive Search firm, established in 2004 and located in Shanghai.
Ideally, having experienced in candidate sourcing, you enjoy interacting with people and work efficiently. You are a good team player who welcomes new challenges and can also perform during a period of high pressure you always think and act solution-oriented. A sense of urgency, proficient interview skills, creative sourcing skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills would be a further plus.
You have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin and can work home-based.
We are searching for freelancers to support our Research team with their projects.
