Office Assistant & Administrative Receptionist Needed in Erdos
About us:
Inner Mongolia Huan Yu property management co., ltd. was established on 2015.
Located in Jungar county, ordos city, Inner Mongolia, the registered capital of 20 million, the main business of our company is multi-function labor service, including but not limited to: catering management, hotel management, property services brand building.
The company has a team of 358 employees.
We have eight medium-sized Catering business (restaurants) in Inner Mongolia. Our company has a self-built 30 acres green vegetable base, a breeding base with area of 1000 square meters.
Now, to promote the brand image, we’re looking for an Office Assistant & Administrative Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
1/ Simple office document processing in general office
2/ Administrative reception in general office
3/ other daily administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
1/ Come from Europe (come from CIS also welcome), South & North America or North Africa
2/ Can make use of Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel.
2/ Can speak simple Chinese.
3/ Bachelor degree or above
4/ Can work full time in Jungar county of Ordos, Inner Mongolia, P.R.China
Salary and Benefit related:
1/ Salary negotiable
2/ Accommodations provided
3/ Work visa and work permit provided
4/ Paid holiday
5/ Social insurance According to the related regulations and labor laws
