Responsibilities:
Support the Creative Lead and, assisting with and leading creative projects for the Creative Department, with an emphasis on external vendor execution
Manage schedules, budgets and processes of multiple projects, ensuring quality and final output aligns with overall brand strategy.
Process budgets, invoices, requests, and contracts, tracking and communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including procurement department
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field required.
4-5 years of experience with project management, preferably in an in-house, agency, design studio, or production company.
Expertise in multimedia production, including print, web, photo, and video experiential production processes.
Experience with project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, and web content management systems.
A thorough understanding of client relations, and the functions and challenges of working with an in-house creative team
Ability to work on a global team across time zones, with an understanding of cultural nuances.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
