Plant Operation Manager

The position should be based in Changchun for a Tier I German Automotive company . The plant currently employs around 600 staff. Due to product line extension, there is a need to hire a German National to coordinate with German HQ and oversee the local production control and management.
Responsibilities include:
Ø Lead projects to optimize production technology, to increase production capacity, to establish new production segments (in cooperation with the German HQ)
Ø Maintain production plant and process, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management
Ø Coordination of release of serial production
Ø Planning and costs of production
Ø Tool Management
