Secretary to President

We are a foreign executive search in Beijing. Our client is a holding company in Beijing. It has already successfully developed many projects across mainland China, ranging from real estate to leisure and holiday entertainment. It pursues high success in the creation and replication of our high-end properties (apartments and villas).

Duties:
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative service.
- Support/organize travel arrangement, itineraries and hotel accommodations
- Liaise with other offices for meetings and conference arrangement
- Organize Board Meetings and provide appropriate support
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Update and maintain confidential documents
- Provide Chinese&English translation and interpretation.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder; Female only, with good temperament
- Have foreign affairs related working experiences; Minimum 1 year experience in handling company secretaries duties
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under tight deadlines
- Good written and oral English and fluent Mandarin
- Good PC skills and Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Chinese Canadian (USA, Australian)candidates highly preferred; Chinese citizen with oversea studying or working experiences also fine.
What to offer:
