Job description:
1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints
4. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
5. Perform customer verifications
6. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
7. Follow up on customer interactions
8. Other tasks may be assigned by Senior managers
Job Requirements:
1. general education degree or equivalent
2. Native English Speakers, conversational Chinese preferred but not compulsory
3. knowledge of customer service principles and practices
4. Work with responsibility, organized and clear thinking; good team motivator
5. At least one year trackable customer service experiences
Starting date: ASAP 2011
Duration: Permanent
Salary: 120,000 per year
