LNG Competence Assurance

For the competence assurance, project execution plan is as followed:
Start with a pre-audit (to assess on the training program, system, general assessment of the personnel like HSE…, and collecting information like job description…) – a short site visit of a week.
Second, will develop the pre-audit report, and develop the competence checklist for the position to be assessed.
Third, we will carry out the competence assessment of the personnel – a long site visit of two-three weeks.
Forth, we will prepare the competence assessment report and propose a competence assurance program.
