French trading looking for a Product Manager

Full-time at STETEX in Shanghai


The company:

Stetex is a trading and buying office founded in Shanghai in 2003 as a filial of a french industrial group and has for main activity to follow and overview sourcing and purchasing operations for european clients.
From its textile and steel products’ original 2 main departments, the company has grown throughout the years to more diverse activities : urbain furnitures, safety products, consumption goods, drill bits, power tools and fitness equipments to name a few.

Today, in order to support its development, Stetex is looking for a product Manager to follow a porfolio of industrial clients.

Mission:

• Take in charge the sales relations with the customer, and develop new business opportunities
• Be responsible for all quotations, sourcing operations, new orders, and cooperation with all involved suppliers
• Production follow up and shipments scheduling
• Manage a chinese quality controller, according to our own process and quality required level
• Manage a chinese administration assistant

Requirements:

• Graduate with business administration, international trade or equivalent background.
• A few years of experience in China will be highly appreciated
• Language requirements: English (fluent), French (fluent), good chinese speaking level required.
• Pro-active, can-do attitude, extremely well-organized, and detail oriented
• Capacity to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Flexibility for travelling frequently (chinese driving license should be a plus)

Remuneration: salary and advantages to be discussed upon candidate profiles; visa and working permit provided as well as insurance plan.

The position availability is immediate. Candidates already in China preferred.
Interviews will be held in Shanghai or in France near Lyon.
