Kungao Hong Kong LTD- Vacancy managing Controller (Junior) in Shanghai
Kungao is a garment sourcing and production company based in Shanghai for more than 12 years. The owner of the company is Dutch and the rest of the 7 employees are Chinese. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate for our Shanghai office.
We believe it’s a great opportunity for somebody, who is looking for a junior position with a possibility to grow in a management position and work independently abroad. The right candidate feels challenged to improve the efficiency and work structure of the company.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and preparing weekly / monthly follow-up reports: Sales + Purchases
• Ability to perform functional analysis of business requirements and propose solutions
• Assisting leadership with the strategic plans, by coordinating and preparing annual budgeting exercise and forecasts,
• Administrating and review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate
• Managing the cash flow forecasting
• Coordinating and developing key measurements to optimize operational and financial performance and initiate improvement actions
• Creating scalability and efficiency through automating reporting processes.
• Facilitating ad hoc business and internal finance requests (preparation for annual audit)
• Managing and following-up all standard cost, info records, export and import price lists
• Coordinating Finance and Shipping dpt. on exportations activity
• Management of any other issues that may come to light as a result of daily business activities that require support / resolution.
• Monitoring the Admin/Finance/Shipping and HR dpt.
Additionally
• Participating in cross functional project work to help drive the strategic agenda. (ie collection book)
• Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
• Team player with enthusiasm, initiative and resilience.
• Proactive, accurate, accountable with strong problem-solving skills
• Possess good analytical, written and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and suppliers
• Financial management education
• Basic knowledge from accounting softwear
• Preferably 1 year working experience
• You live in Shanghai or worked in Shanghai previously for at least 6 months
