Finance Director

Job Purposes:
•Oversee the strategic management of the organization finances and IT. Play a critical role in ensuring the company is strategic and compliant with the company’s financial resources and is well positioned to support current and future growth
•Ensure efficient and effective financial and commercial management of the organization, through understanding the risks, designing appropriate internal controls (mindful of both standards and local circumstances), and ensuring these controls are appropriately implemented monitored, and refined
• Oversee the implementation of SAP

•Work closely with the Senior Vice President to set the relevant strategies to meet business needs from

•Provide adequate risk management
•Be custodian of corporate governance. Ensure all employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct
•Serve as a business partner to the Senior Vice President on all financial impact aspects of the business (investments, hiring decisions, customer/large project pricing, customer rebates, etc.)
•Oversee all Audit activities with both internal and external auditors ensuring full compliance with recommendations and findings
•Budget responsibility according to Company approval matrix
•Apply and refine Finance, IT, Controlling, Legal and Tax tools and proceedings
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
•A minimum of 10 to 15 years of finance experience within a multinational environment, able to bring on and implement best practices for the business
•Excellent track record of driving business improvements and making difficult decisions to enhance operational performance
