Description
• Engaged in program design, tourism planning and other drawing preparations (Including: project background analysis, construction condition analysis, market research, project development SWOT analysis, project guiding ideology, project development concept, core appeal and key problem analysis, trend research and case analysis, project planning and positioning, core project planning and investment calculation, implementation steps, measures and methods.)
• Responsible for the overall planning and organizing of leisure vacation projects and regional tourism development projects
• Communicate planning/organizing ideas with project directors, planners, architects and landscape designers
• Produce and report on the project planning paper, planning/organizing results in PPT
• Collect, compile tourism development theory, data, industry dynamics, and project evaluation.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in tourism planning, tourism management, urban and rural planning or landscape planning and design, with the ability to engage in general planning, regulatory planning and constructional, detailed planning of tourist attractions;
• More than 3 years of experience in related tourism planning, organizing and consulting;
• Be familiar with all kinds technical specification requirements of tourism planning and organizing;
• Have a comprehensive grasp of policy, history, humanity, nature, society, and economy, have good oral and written communication skills;
• Have the ability of independent compilation of tourism project planning or tourism project organizing, with success cases, is preferred
• Good team spirit, strong communication, organization & coordination and language expression skills.
