职位描述：
1、负责公司最新产品或网站的设计，包括交互设计与视觉设计；
2、与产品、技术、运营团队配合，完成产品设计、开发与上线；
3、参与平面设计：网站页面、活动专题页面和图标设计；
4、制定风格带领其他设计师进行大胆的创意尝试；
任职资格:
1、具备3年以上海外留学经历，具有海外设计工作经历，英语能力出色，设计风格西方化；
2、本科以上学历，美术、设计等相关专业；
3、参与过大型移动产品设计；
4、热爱UI/UX设计，对最新UI/UE方法和趋势有敏锐感觉；
5、对交互设计与视觉设计均有深刻理解与见解；
6、成熟，抗压，有很强的自主精神和高度自治，很强的韧性和克服困难的能力；
7、热爱互联网，热爱创新，头脑灵活，思维年轻，对于90后95后思维和生活方式有相当了解。
