About the job:
This job gives you the opportunity to apply the skills you have acquired during your studies in real life. As our Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for the technical part of the marketing, so a very analytical and data-driven approach will be necessary. At the same time you will have to come up with creative and innovative ideas to make the (digital) marketing more effective and efficient. The digital marketing strategies and objectives will often be reported to and communicated with your colleagues and supervisors in order to optimize the overall marketing of the company.

Salary: Standard Internship
Starting: ASAP
Hours: Part-time
Activities
Have the primary responsibility for all marketing activities of the company
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
Communicate with our General Manager and BD Manager about marketing goals and results
Represent InternMore in various offline events/fairs/exhibitions
Skills required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
