SUPPORT ASSISTANT MANAGER Greater China and Singapore - Record Labels and Music Services

We are looking for a support assistant to support our growing client base in greater China and Singapore for 10 hours per week. You'll be first point of contact for our record labels and online music services that use our software to distribute music. This is a client facing role and so experience dealing directly with customers is essential.
The Role
• Point of contact for our clients and digital service providers in greater China and Singapore
• Provide email & phone support to our clients in greater China and Singapore
• Work closely with Asia-Pacific Business Development Manager
• Escalate issues where appropriate & communicate effectively with Asia-Pacific Development Manager
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and where possible solve (technical) issues
• Create support documentation and procedures in Chinese/English
Profile
• HBO + degree or similar
• Music or tech experience (domain knowledge) desirable. If not then strong interest in gaining / growing knowledge
• Excellent Chinese and English skills – written and spoken
• Problem solver/self-starter mindset
• Direct experience in a client facing support role or in the music industry desirable
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to work under (time) pressure
