We’re looking for a well-rounded business professional for our Global Finance department. You must have a background in finance with strong knowledge Excel skills and outstanding analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with responsibilities across a variety of finance and operational aspects of our business. 4 -year finance or accounting degree is preferred.

We are a dynamic and agile firm, focused on delivering quality to our customers wherever they are, with our highly skilled and global teams located in 13 business hubs of the world (New York, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, London, Paris, Jakarta, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Mexico City).
This position will work closely with our Founder, Country Managing Directors and liaise with our clients and suppliers. Strong written and interpersonal skills are a must.

Job Description:
- Support preparation of monthly/annual financial reports
- Provide expense analysis to promote operational efficiencies
- Help standardization in reporting process
- Support any ad-hoc analysis needed by management
Skills:
- Good analysis skills, out-of-the-box thinker
- A detail oriented self-starter who is adept at problem solving
- Fluent English is a must, all your work will be in English (Chinese, French or Spanish are a plus but not mandatory)
- 2 years of experience in MNCs in Finance area
- Computer savvy with strong knowledge of Excel (very important)
- Organized with outstanding follow-through
- Able to manage the fast pace and shifting priorities of a growing company
- Responsible, Honest and Ethical
