Operation Coordinator

工作任务包括2个任务
1.前端办公系统
组织整个亚太地区的医疗转运流程，比如帮病人定当地和返回自己国家的机票，酒店，出租车等物流协调工作以及实时监控任务的进展情况。与其他3个平台的合作（法国，巴黎，摩洛哥）。
后端办公系统

处理基本的日常管理
要求
英语+普通话+其他语言更好，善于沟通，灵活和综合能力强。
培训由团队提供。
工作时间
非常灵活（有夜班或周末上班）

MISSION
Front Office:
Organization of repatriation missions covering whole Asia Pacific
Logistics coordination and real-time mission monitoring.
Cooperation with the 3 other platforms (France, Paris, Morocco)
Back Office:
Sending invoices
Basic administration
PROFILE
English Fluent+ Mandarin Chinese Native + other language is a plus
Ease of communication, versatility and a spirit of synthesis
Beginner accepted
Training provided by the team
HOURS
Flexible working hours (night shifts + weekends)
