Rep Office Manager

An e-commerce company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to undertake a challenging and attractive position as a Rep Office Manager.

The chosen candidate will be required to set up the company’s Rep Office in Shanghai and oversee its activities in the following areas:

1. Procure products from various factories in China that the company already doing business with.
2. Develop new products / factories.
3. Oversee QC activity.
4. Oversee the company’s supply chain in China.
5. Manage the Rep Office financial matters.

The suitable candidate will possess the following:

1. Minimum 3 years experience of procurement/trading in China.
2. Understanding of Chinese business culture.
3. Proven management and leadership skills.
4. Excellent English- verbal/reading/writing.
5. Full command of Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel.
6. Reliable, industrious and motivated.
7. Chinese speaker- advantage.
