College Application Consultant-Branch Manager

I am the Chief Operating Officer of Ivypedia, a Shanghai based college application consulting firm.
We are looking for an American expat who attended a Top 50 American college to work as a Branch Manager at our new Nanjing branch. The individual would both build a client base and assist students in applying to American colleges. He or she would work with 15 to 20 students on essay brainstorming and editing, activity list construction, interview prep, school choice strategy, and generally supporting each student throughout a year long application process.
Pay is good, hours are extremely flexible. There is no need to come into the office unless you're meeting potential clients, actual clients, or doing presentations. The vast majority of work can be done from home or wherever you want.
Strong communication skills are essential.
