Our Requirements
- At least to have a Bachelor Degree
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or at least 2 years teaching experience if you don’t have those certificate (Visa requirements)
- Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills with an openness towards cross culture environments
- Experience with technology in facilitating instruction
- Excellent organizational and neatness skills
Our Students and Classes
- 10 to 40 years old (Mainly adult)
- 5 to 10 or 15 to 20 students / Class (Depends on the program)
- Well-developed curriculum provided
Working Locations
- Guangzhou, Beijing, Nanjing, Xiamen, Shenyang, Hefei, Chongqing
Working Hours
- 35 working hours / Week including 25 teaching hours and 10 office hours
- 2 days off / week on the weekdays
Salary
- RMB 11.000 to 15.000 / Month
- RMB 100 to 150 / One overtime class
Benefits
- RMB 1.500 to 3.000 / Moth as a housing allowance (Depends on the locations)
- Bonus quarterly of RMB 2.500
- RMB 8.000 as an airfare bonus / 1 year contract
- RMB 3.000 to 6.000 for contract renewal

Responsibilities
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity, interest, and abilities of the students.
- Guide the learning process in accordance with established curriculum goals
- Clearly establish and communicate objectives to the students for each lesson, unit, and project.
- Support specialized ESL assessments. Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, and provide progress reports as required.
- Be familiar with our teaching philosophy and course curriculum.
