Interior Designer / Commercial Space Designer

Location: Shenzhen, China
Requirements & Responsibilities:
1. Interior designers who has strong passion about creative space design;
2. Architecture, Environmental Art or Interior Design Bachelor or above; excellent graduates are also welcome;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMAX (Vray), Photoshop, CDR and other molding or rendering software; Ms office.
4. Good hand sketching skills;
5. Strong communication skills, fluent in English;
6. Share the value with the company, which is customer-oriented, result-oriented and challenge-centered;
7. High sense of responsibility, be able to think independently and has your own ideas about project designs;
8. Good at resources integration, business negotiation, coordination and problem-solving;
9. Good capability to coordinate with different teams independently, to take charge of the whole project process from inquiries to completion, and to guarantee the project quality and process;
10. The salary depends on your abilities, as long as you have strong skills, all terms and conditions are negotiable!
