Full Time sports coach

Hi all,
I'm looking for a swimming coach in the city of Chongqing (CQ) to join ADI sports.
ADI Sports started in Chengdu, China a few years back and have recently expanded into CQ. We launched soccer classes for kids this last semester and we plan to launch basketball and swimming classes this fall (September). We are currently looking for a swimming coach to come to China and work with full time!
We will provide:
Roundtrip flight (with signing of one year contract)
Salary- we need to discuss, but the full time coaches in Chengdu are 10,000 rmb a month.
Housing
Visa
No more than 20 hours a week of work (actually coaching times)
We will reimburse for transportation around the city
Other details can be discussed (Chinese classes, etc.). We can also discuss a pay raise for year two. We are taking a large financial risk hiring a full time swimming coach before we test the market, but we don’t want to use a part-time coach with mediocre qualification
