Sales Director International Trading Company in Beijing

We are a trading&consulting company with offices in Beijing and Shenzhen.
Our core activities can be split up in 3 parts:
1. representing several foreign brands in China (www.kngasia.com/brandmanagement.htm) often specialized on furniture and decoration (www.furniture-hq.com)
2. we source and export (http://www.kngasia.com/trading_logistics.htm , often with a specialty in the furniture and deco business (www.asianhomedeco.com)
3. consulting work on various larger projects
We are currently recruiting a Sales Director to be in charge of the development of our 3 major interior decoration brands:
• www.dmdepot.be
• www.louisdepoortere.com
• www.chenedelest.fr
Requirements:
• High level of Mandarin speaking and writing (native preferred)
• At least basic knowledge of English speaking and writing
• Affinity with design, flower-art, flooring, architecture strongly preferred
• Self motivated, independent and efficient worker
• Willing to travel around China
• Proven successful sales performance
• Management skills:
o lead team of sales people and agents
o reporting
o pro actively suggest improvements continuously
• Basic knowledge of accounting and standard software packages (MS Office)
• Good understanding of common marketing tools
• Additional skills giving a plus: knowledge of logistics, import/export docs, computer drawing
