We are a big data technology company which aims to provide high performance mobile advertising platform to clients and provide VR (Virtual Reality) Advertising System for emerging VR markets.
Now we are seeking a driven and talented Recruiter to join our small HR team and contribute to the growth and development of our core teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting job descriptions and posting job announcements
- Screening received applications and searching for talent in online databases (Upwork, Indeed, etc.)
- Conducting initial job interviews
- Support in HR administration (employment documentation, employee personal files, etc)
- Help with onboarding process of new employees
- Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment
- Experience in technical recruitment will be a big plus
- Ability to understand the specifics of different job roles and positions
- Responsible and result oriented, fast learner
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
