Early Childhood Educator Wanted
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our lovely team.
We are a Reggio inspired, newly established centre located in Haidian district, Beijing. Successful applicant must have the ability to be part of a team and inspire and motivate others and ensure that the development of children learning and wellbeing is maintained on a daily basis.
Role of the Educator:
• Support team members
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
• Develop and implement a developmental age appropriate program that is based on the children's interests and needs that reflects Reggio Emilia approach
• Record and reflect on teaching practices, and children’s learning process.
Applicant Must:
• Male educator who’s decent looking
• Age under 35
• Hold Bachelor degree in early childhood or equivalent.
• Come from English speaking country.
Salary 20k and above per month
