Resident Assistant position at American School

AEUA International Academy Kunming
in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China
Hi! My name is Sarah and I am the Residence Hall Leader at AEUA International Academy Kunming. I am part of a team that is currently entirely restructuring the school. If you've heard about the school before it was probably not nice things. However, we have hired a completely new management team and are creating an entirely new American style residential program.
The goal of our school is to prepare our students to study abroad in English speaking nations.
As an RA you would be part of a team in charge of after school activities and supervision while the students are not in classes. Our goal this year is to implement after school clubs that give the students leadership skills, help them improve their English, and give them time to relax and have fun.
The students sleep at the school Sunday night through Thursday night. However, each RA would only be responsible for working 4 days a week.
Room and board is included plus a competitive salary
We are looking for people who understand that working with kids is hard work, but also incredibly rewarding. If you are flexible, creative, and exited to work somewhere your voice is heard and your opinion matters this is the job for you!
We are currently only looking for people who's first language is English and who can already LEGALLY work in China.
