JOB POSITION
Sports Coach (full-time / part-time / intern) in Football, Basketball, Tennis, etc.
with some basic marketing / admin / customer service responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead/deliver coaching sessions according to Coach G Academy standard - professional, informative, energetic, fun and loving.
2. Continuously contribute to the team by delivering high-quality coaching and creative ideas, and help to execute those creative ideas to enrich/extend our different sports programs.
3. Coordinate & communicate with students, parents, school officials, vendor managers, and staff in professional and proactive manner.
4. Able to work flexible hours & locations.
5. Promote Coach G Academy's programmes in relation to parents' needs.
Candidates shall also meet the followings:
1. Young & motivated talents willing to learn and improve in all aspects of life.
2. Detail oriented & organised. Resourceful & fast learner, willing to learn different experiences.
3. Athletic & sports background. Has rich sports knowledge as well as has at least 2 years of coaching experience in one of these sports: football, basketball, tennis, etc.
4. We welcome all candidates from any nationality, as long as you are committed to the youth sports coaching for the next 3-5 years or longer. Bilingual ability is ideal. Likes kids, enjoys working with kids, values each coaching session as an opportunity to be a role model in their lives.
5. Ambitious! Someone who can dream big, and sees their work as part of life experiences! It's so much fun learning and growing with Coach G Academy.
6. Christian is a bonus.
