Project Coordinator / Technical Writer

We are a big data technology company which providing high performance mobile advertising platform and VR (Virtual Reality) Advertising System for emerging VR markets.
Now we are seeking a driven and talented Technical Writer to join our newly opened office in Shanghai, who is capable to multitask and support the our team in project coordination activities as well.
Responsibilities:
-Creating high-quality technical documentation in accordance with the needs of targeted audience
- Revising, editing, or updating technical information as necessary
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyzing documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
- Collaborating with translators if/when necessary
- Maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Work closely with development specialists, users and customers, produce goal and target specifications, solve any conflicts that arise
-Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software products documentation
- Excellent written knowledge of English
- At least basic knowledge of Mandarin
- Ability to understand the technical concepts and to present them in a clear, accurate way, ability to evaluate the audience
- Responsible and result oriented, fast learner
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
