Project Coordinator / Business Analyst (bilingual)

We are a big data technology company which providing high performance mobile advertising platform and VR (Virtual Reality) Advertising System for emerging VR markets.
We are looking for a motivated and capable Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to join our newly opened Shanghai office. The successful candidate will need to successfully communicate and coordinate with our overseas teams, as well as with partners and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines
- Attending client meetings and assisting with determination of project requirements
- Designing project related documentation and maintaining project processes
- Work closely with development specialists, users and customers, produce goal and target specifications, solve any conflicts that arise
- Coordinate efficiently between stakeholders, local and overseas colleagues, partners and potential clients
- Perform other similar tasks as assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst
- Good knowledge of both Mandarin and English. Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a schedule-driven environment
- Experience in analysing data in order to extract business-relevant conclusions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, organized personality with excellent analytical skills
- Task management focus and ability to operate independently is critical
