We are a big data technology company which providing high performance mobile advertising platform and VR (Virtual Reality) Advertising System for emerging VR markets.
In addition to our North American, Eastern European and Shenzhen locations, we are opening an office also in Shanghai, and we are seeking a dynamic, multi-dimensional HR specialist, to coordinate all HR related activities, especially recruitment and hiring, for our newly established Shanghai office.
Responsibilities
Drafting job descriptions based on in coordination with hiring managers and posting job announcements
Evaluating received applications and searching for talents directly
Conducting job interviews and organizing interviews for hiring managers
Running the hiring and onboarding process of new employees
Running HR administration activities, creating documentation in accordance with local labor code, ensuring legal compliance of all the HR related activities and processes
Organizing employee evaluation activities
Supporting management in creating open, friendly and efficient working practices and atmosphere within the team
Coordinating activities with the company’s overseas units
Requirements
At least 2 years of related experience. Experience within a start up will be a big plus
Experience in HR administration
Experience in recruitment and headhunting of IT or related positions
Ability to understand the specifics of different job roles and positions
Fast learner, motivated and result oriented personality
Ability to multitask
Very strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
