Job Description
The .Net Developer will be responsible for design, development, testing, deployment and support of new and existing software applications adhering to the defined development standards for code and processes. This position will work with internal and external SMEs (subject matter experts) to define and refine requirements.
Job Requirements
2-4 years of professional Experience with .NET
Jr, to Mid-level experience
.NET WebAPI; .NET MVC; Identity framework; Entity framework; ASP.NET, JQuery
C#; VB.net; Java; SQL; JavaScript; XSLT; XML (XSD) Schema.
Angular JS experience is a plus
2+ years of C# development experience
Visual Studio 2010 or better preferred
Visual Studio; SQL Server Management Studio
Oracle DB knowledge preferred, SQL Server
Database development experience (stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, creating tables, etc)
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems and data models
Knowledge of at least ANSI SQL is a must
Understanding of RESTful services
Web Development and backend development experience preferred
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management
Knowledge of logic-layer, middleware and service applications
Knowledge of maintains codebase and repositories with tools like Bitbucket (preferred) or GitHub
Experience with applications for deployment to Amazon Web Services a plus
Knowledge of Object-Oriented and distributed programming principles as well as design patterns and Best Practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus
