A long established Real Estate/Development company is seeking a self-motivated financial analyst, for a position reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Job Responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with financial analysis of all divisions
2. Monthly analysis of budget to actual variances
3. Prepare financial reports and all other databases
4. Assist all divisions with budget preparations
5. Assist CFO with consolidation of financial statements from all divisions
6. Assist CFO with loan compliance documents
7. Assist CFO with delinquent collections
8. Assist CFO with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, etc.
Education and Experience:
1. College degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, is required
2. 0 -5 years of experience
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
4. Experience in real estate a plus.
5. Must have internet skills including use of e-mails and information gathering
Must Demonstrate:
1. Professional and pleasant demeanor
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Great organization skills
5. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
6. Work with minimal direction and supervision
7.A ttention to detail is a must
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
