Responsibilities
- Computer system and printer network area maintenance
- Project assigned by IT manager
- Administrative support, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, install and configure new hardware, software and backup of daily data, dealing with servers
- Set up and program a NAV Dynamics ERP system, program website, support the company’s internal IT Hardware and servers
Requirements and skills
- Have an interest of information technologies, keep updated with the latest trends in the industry
- General understanding of hardware and software, trouble-shooting
- Familiar with Administration with the Microsoft systems and servers and Network Technology
- Coding skills and powershell vbs
- Strong communication skills, ability to assist the employers from different departments who have PC problems as required
