I represent a Asian wide recruitment company, with offices in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
Now we are looking to expand our team after branching into China, based in Shanghai.
I am looking for people, not only the experienced, but those who are capable of joining this industry. For the successful candidate, besides offering very good financial prospects, able to live all over Asia in any of our branch offices. We also offer a very competitive base salary, commission, insurance and other benefits.
After an interview, due to the nature of the industry, we will have a number of qualification rounds:
1.
I will give you an expat candidate to place in a company in China. This will be a test, no commission will be offered for any party. You will be given complete freedom at placing this candidate in a company, based on their expectations and CV. To move to the next stage, this person needs to successfully be offered and take a role. Note that we have intentionally excluded native English speakers so you can only place them in professional roles. We are only working with professional placement. The candidate will of course have all the qualifications to legally work in China.

You will be offered a independent consultant contract, and be given 10 candidates to place. This will be commission based. The commission will be 50% of the candidates first month salary value (NET value, once we receive a commission from a client we pay 10% tax on the sum, 50% of that will be transferred as commission). We will give you the freedom of all negotiations with clients and candidates. We will provide candidates and give you the freedom of finding clients. If you can place these 10 candidates in roles with companies within 6 months, you will move to stage 3. Note, again all candidates are 100% qualified and actively looking for jobs.

We will offer you a 12 momth employment contract, get 1 month free training in Thailand, access to all our client and candidate databases (they are all hot and ready to hire). Expenses paid. You will initially be working in China for 12 months, provided legal visas, everything, a base salary of 12 000 RMB NET, insurance etc. Your commission will still be 50% of net value. Depending on your statistics after 12 months, you can move to stage 4. If not, you will remain on stage 3. A minimum placement rate of 12 candidates per year will be implemented.

If you place 50 candidates in 12 months, regardless of position or nationality (it is realistic), we will offer you a chance to chose any location in our company (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, China or Vietnam). The base salary is minimum 12 000 RMB NET, although is increased depending on where you are placed, Singapore is according to living requirements there. So even if you have a slow month, you will still have money to pay all your expenses and more. Depending on your performance, after this additional 12 month contract, you will be offered to move to stage 5. If not you will remain on stage 4. A minimum success rate of 20 candidates per year will be implemented.
5.
If you manage to place 70 candidates (realistic for those with experience, all our clients are hot and ready to hire) you will be given access to our executive databank. These are for Vice president and director roles, typically salaries of 100 000 RMB per month. You commission will be the same, 50% of NET value. No requirements in minimum placements per year, ability to freely transfer between any of our offices. You will be given the same base salary of NET 12 000 RMB.
If you love recruitment and headhunting, this is an opportunity of a life time. Of course, if you currently have a job, you can chose to work part time with us, assuming you pass stage 2. We are flexible, we are looking for people who can recruit. For those who reach stage 5, can do much of their work from a distance, be on a beach on Thailand, or work from home. Some client meetings may be required each month.

Must have a bachelors degree
Must have 2 years post degree experience
Pass medical tests
No previous criminal convictions
Besides this, there are no other requirements. All are welcome to try. If you succeed stage 2, you are obviously a candidate for us!
