With a successful and reputable business and a focus on providing outstanding and quality products, they are looking for an entrepreneurial, business savvy Regional Marketing Manager to accelerate growth of the Asia business. This position reports to the Regional Director.

Job description/Responsibilities
In this role, the Regional Marketing Manager will work with various business leaders to identify, define and developing marketing strategies to ensure a long-term, sustainable and profitable growth. This position will report to Marketing Director.
He/she will also evaluate market trends and work with both sales and New Product
Development (NPD) team to prepare, align and drive NPD globally. He/she will manage marketing portion of NPD process.
In addition, he/she will drive branding and marketing communications for the region.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work with the regional VP and Sales to develop strategic plans to meet business objectives.
Develop competitive intelligence and benchmarking KPIs, including tracking of growth areas, new products and trends.
Support, align and drive market planning/development for New Products Development.
Plan and roll-out NPD initiatives to the market.
Support special projects and strategic planning in region.
Drive branding and increase visibility of organization internally and externally.

Requirements:
Expat and Foreign passport holders strongly preferred.
Fluent English required. Knowledge of Mandarin preferred but not required.
Must already be living in China.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
At least 6 years of experience in a B2B product marketing position, preferably in a regional capacity.
Ability to travel regionally and globally, expected 15-20% travel.
High proficiency in oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills.
Focused and goal-oriented individual with effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
