SALES AND MARKETING – SOURCE SUPPLY
Job Overview
Source Supply is looking for a confident and self-driven sales staff to find clients worldwide for our services. Part of the job will be to tie in and manage what marketing we have going on now, create new marketing but ultimately to find clients
English needs to be your firsts language or very fluent, Chinese would be a required when taking clients around China, but not an absolute necessity
This is an opportunity to join our Shanghai team.

Strong Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
- Results orientated
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient Skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and willingness to learn new applications.
- We often get clients needed to be guided around
You will be in charge of all sales activities;
All marketing
All web based marketing
Alibaba marketing
Press releases
Dealing with press
Dealing with all web related matters; keeping domains up to date, dealing with web marketeers
All other business to business web marketing tools (ie face book, google+, linkedin etc )
Face to face with clients coming to China to see our operations and suppliers
We are looking for an innovate marketing person to set up and run our marketing , with the aim to find new cliental
We are not looking for technical skills in buildings and maintaining websites, more where to market our sites to get maximum expose and client requests (RFQs), but good understanding of google adwords, google analytics needed
Our main markets; Africa; mining, construction, transport, ports, infrastructure projects – some experience in these markets will be a plus
Spoken Chinese not essential, but will help especially when having to travel within China with clients
What we offer:

MUST have a degree (this is primarily for the work application)
MUST have a proven experience of finding and engaging with clients

Must be currently living in Shanghai
We will primarily interview on skype, and final interviews will be done in person next time I am in Shanghai in October
