Lighting designer / programmer - Asia

As our China factory approaches its 10-year anniversary, we are seeking a lighting designer / programmer to work with our sales & marketing team to continue and expand on our track record of delivering the most impressive trade show exhibits and product demos in our region.
You will be interviewed by an American who's spent the past 20 years working for entertainment lighting manufacturers in Taiwan and China.
We're a serious outfit... founded, led and staffed by fanatics for pro lighting, with a management team that's grown up in the industry. Our gear can be found on the largest arena tours, EDM festivals and projects around the world.
We're at a point in our company's development where we'd benefit from bringing on talent with experience in the US or Europe, but the catch is that it's got to be a China-based position. We travel heavily, attend all major industry exhibitions, and work with some of the best names in the business. But as a Chinese manufacturer, we keep our name and brands out of the US and European markets, so that our clients can do what they do best, and we can focus on building world-class gear.
We're a young company and fun to work for, if you're someone who's able to enjoy an overseas posting. Lighting has afforded us the chance to travel the world and we'd enjoy passing on that opportunity to others with the drive to get involved at the ground level of this industry.
Requirements
MA and Madrix (or similar) competence.
Twice a year, we put on the biggest exhibit of any Chinese manufacturer at the trade shows here, as well as one overseas show (this year, we chose Korea, next year will likely be India).
As well as in-house designing for our product videos shot in our showroom.
And you'll be working with sales teams to interface with local LDs and production companies.
