Set Up and Manage Regional Branch of Outdoor Activities Company

Imagine.
in Guangzhou
You will be given the exciting challenge of setting up and running the new Guangzhou branch of the well-known outdoor activity company Imagine.
7000rmb per month base salary plus 35% of regional profits.
Requirements:
1) Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with some Cantonese.
2) Outdoor sports background, the more the better. E.g. Bushcraft/Survival, Team-building, Sailing, Kayaking, Rafting, Rollerblading, Camping, Climbing, Archery, Summer Camps etc.
3) Experience instructing physical activities
4) Great with kids and a fun, active and creative personality to match the brand
5) Full range of entrepreneurial skills needed to set up and run a branch (inter-personal, managerial, computer skills, networking, negotiating, marketing, conceptualising)
6) Willing to see this not as a job but as a lifestyle, and totally dedicate yourself to creating something great
7) Plan to be in Guangzhou for at least three years, and to see this as a long term business partnership rather than a brief experience.
8) Already in Guanzhou with a network of existing contacts and knowledge of the region.
