The world’s largest independent financial consultancy, deVere Group, is now recruiting for Financial Coordinator’s in order to support its market expansion in Shanghai, China.
The successful candidates will work alongside one of the consultants to provide support as is required. Native standard of English is a must. Additionally, the person should have strong attention to detail, and a can do attitude.
Good organisational skills are essential to this role, as well as excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be a good listener and focused, and also be able to deliver tasks within deadlines given on a regular basis. The ability to work under pressure is therefore essential.
He/she should be articulate on the phone with a professional manner.
The main responsibilities include the following:
Lead generation through professional networks
Making cold calls to book meetings with professional expatriates
Attending networking events
Organising and participating in other marketing activities for lead generating and business development
However, the role may change over time, therefore the candidate should have a flexible approach to work.
The role is suitable for someone who is focused, possess ambition, and the drive to progress to the role of Wealth Consultant in the medium term.
Salary structure comprises a fixed and a commission component.
