Currently we open an opportunity for you to work at our CLS Shanghai office occasionally at weekdays and weekends upon request.
You will be translating for one of the world's leading Investment Banking Department (IBD).
Text types are mainly as follows:
-Investment policy/strategy, company reports, sector reports
-Equity, bond & currency market reports, market analyses, regional reports, convertible bonds
-Securities transactions, securities products
-Regression analysis, actuarial maths, company valuations (CAPM), compuational models, econometrics, statistics, indicators, academic studies, feasibility studies
-Mergers& acquisitions, takeovers, issuing prospectuses, IPOs, rights issues, capital transactions, exchange offers, private equity
Services:
