Senior Investment Manager (Real Estate)

Our client is an established China-based real estate developer.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and formulating real estate investment strategies in South East Asia.
·Monitor and analyze real estate markets in South East Asia.
·Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or divestment of real estate projects
·Responsible for due diligence and negotiation of acquisition of real estate assets.
·Work with finance team in the raising of debt financing for acquisitions.
·Work with relevant stakeholders to identify suitable investment targets, negotiating and closing deals
·Asset management activities for development, asset enhancement, and income-producing projects
Requirements:
·Minimum Degree in Finance Real Estate or related field
·Minimum 5 years of related working experience
·Bilingual in English and Mandarin
·Ability to work independently
·Extensive skills in financial modeling and written communication
