For our foodstores in Shenzhen we are hiring a Retail manager

Profile Retailmanager
Our Retail manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of our foodstores, including sales, staff, stock, kitchen and resources management. His/her role is to run our current Shenzhen foodstores successfully. Working on the shop floor, he/she is in constant contact with our customers and staff. Ensuring our staff give great customer service as well as dealing with the financial side of the store and people management.

- Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Managing budgets
- Managing the kitchen
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Planning of staff, stock, promotions, administration
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
