Job Description:
1. Consistent Curriculum with Easy Implementation
2. High quality teaching and learning environment, one-on-one or group teaching, very flexible. (45-minute Classes)
3. High, Competitive Pay
4. High Quality Teaching Management with reasonable scheduling and travel arrangements. Flexible teaching hours based on the needs of the families (Monday-Sunday). Classes will be taught in homes or communities designated by the families of the students. Teachers may choose the area and/or community in Beijing where they prefer to teach based on personal convenience.
5. High quality training resources in a short training cycle
6. Regularly teachers’ party to share experience.
7. Self improvement of teaching capability.
8. Platform to access the Peking University Education Resources
Job Requirements:
1. Native English speaker: native and valid passport from one of the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia
2. Hold a bachelors degree and/or has at least two full years of teaching young children in either a classroom setting or tutoring setting (university students with teaching experience, welcome to apply)
3. Friendly, outgoing personality
4. Flexible with time
5. Passion for working with children
6. Positive, creative approach to teaching
7. Knowledge of early children development
