Lead Teacher for American School

Rainbow Station is authorized by Franklin Covey to become the first preschool in America and China to incorporate The Leader In Me concept into the preschool curriculum. The Leader In Me initiative is based on the best-selling book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, and is designed to help children to develop good habits and leadership skills in early childhood. It builds a solid foundation for a leader in the 21st century.

In order to meet the needs of the Chinese market and create quality early education, Rainbow Station entered China in 2012 and opened their first center in Shenzhen. Rainbow Station China is headquartered in Coastal City in Shenzhen with the first school located nearby at All City shopping mall in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen. Rainbow Station also has schools in the Shunde district of Foshan, the Longhua and Gongming districts of Shenzhen, and the city of Huaian in Jiangsu. Schools in Shanghai, Wuhan and Chongqing will open for business in the coming months.
Job Description:
1. Plan and teach lessons;
2. Maintain the quality of classes;
3. Communicate with parents about students’ performance in class;
4. Maintain the classrooms and teaching tools;
5. Assist with marketing events.
Candidate Requirements:
1. American nationality with good English accent and grammar;
2. Bachelor degree holders and education related major is preferred;
3. Having related industry experience;
4. Good music sense and body expressive ability;
5. Excellent communication and organizing ability.
